Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

At Carmichaels Game Glow, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please understand returning and reselling make-up causes hygiene concerns.  Please check your color before you buy. 

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period for all eligible orders placed and shipped within the United States. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at info@carmichaelsgameglow.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products) Our Make-up is not returnable due to hygiene issues.  Please check the color before buying. If it arrives damaged please make us aware with a picture and we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase (after approval) and then place a new order for the desired item. Make-up can not be exchanged due to hygiene concerns. 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
